• Discovered by Dr. Lira in the early 1980’s while mapping and prospecting regional
radiometric anomalies for Comision Nacional de Energia Atomica (CNEA)
• Extensive work by Michelotti Y Hijos SRL, a private Argentinean company and Wealth’s
partner, was carried out between 1987 and 1992
• Historical, non NI 43-101 compliant geologic resource of 5.6 Mt at 2.1% Total Rare
Earth Oxide*
• Can acquire 100% interest, NO underlying
royalties, for $3.6M US over 5 years
* The Company cautions that the resource estimate
was prepared before the introduction of NI 43-101,
and is therefore historical in nature and the
Company is not treating such resources as a
current resource under NI 43-101. Investors are
further cautioned that a qualified person has not yet
completed sufficient work to be able to verify the
historical resources, and therefore they should not
be relied upon.

• Deposit is hosted in ‘fenitized’ alkalic igneous rocks–
geologically similar to the Mountain Pass Deposit
(Molycorp) which hosts ~1.4Mt REO
• Two main zones of mineralization: La Juli and
Mina Norte
• Third zone, El Rulo, emerging with excellent
surface results: 1.34% TREO over 8.7 metres
• Large, under-explored 2,500 metre by 700
metre area of fenitic alteration (shaded light
green area)
• 136 rock samples collected from outcrop and
material quarried by the previous operator
average 1.70% Total Rare Earth Oxide (TREO)
• Phase I drill campaign now complete, Phase II
program in design and implementation
