radiometric anomalies for Comision Nacional de Energia Atomica (CNEA)
• Extensive work by Michelotti Y Hijos SRL, a private Argentinean company and Wealth’s
partner, was carried out between 1987 and 1992
• Historical, non NI 43-101 compliant geologic resource of 5.6 Mt at 2.1% Total Rare
Earth Oxide*
• Can acquire 100% interest, NO underlying
royalties, for $3.6M US over 5 years
* The Company cautions that the resource estimate
was prepared before the introduction of NI 43-101,
Mineralization
13
• Rodeo is a ‘Lights’ dominated REE deposit
• Multiple phases of REE mineralization
• Mineralization is primarily bastnasite (brighter red)-
synchisite, britholite and minor allanite
• Neodymium (Nd) and Praeseodymium (Pr), two of
the REE’s with the most critical supply situation,
combine for 24% of REO content at Rodeo
