Parish Annual General Meeting
The Annual General meeting for the Parish will be held Sunday May 27, 2012
after 11:15 am Mass. Lunch and childcare will be provided. We encourage your attendance
at the meeting to receive not only the 2011 Financial Report, but a summary of all the
happenings in our Parish in the past year. This is an opportunity for you to voice any
concerns, questions or to offer encouragement to Father Nilo and the current council.
Please consider coming to sit at the table with us. Should you be interested in serving our
Parish as a member of the PPC and have questions please do not hesitate to call Ruby at
780-632-7785 or any member of the council as listed on the back of the weekly bulletin.
Art & Environment
Anyone wishing to bring live flowers in the month of May to place on the altar of
Our Blessed Mother may do so. Linda, our Art and Environment coordinator, will take care of
the arrangements.
Youth Group
Attention Youth: For the months of May and June, St. Martin’s Youth Ministry will be
making exam packages available to ANY students in grade 7-12. This includes home school
and public school students. Please pick your exam packs up at the back of the Church.
There is one per person. As well, we will have a sign up sheet on St. Anne’s Room available
for those students who wish for prayer. We invite any members of our parish to write their
name next to that of a student and spiritually adopt them for exam time and the following
school year. For more information on our Youth Ministry, contact Mykaela at 780-658-2096.
RCIA
We are now in the process of accepting requests to take part in next fall’s Rite of
Christian Initiation of Adults program. If you or someone you know is discerning or not if
they are interested in joining the Catholic Church please contact the Parish office at 780-632-
3272 to register. The RCIA team would like to start the program as early as possible.

A set of keys was found in the parking lot of St. Martin of Tours on the evening of
Confirmation. The key tag reads College Park GM, Vermilion, AB. Please call the parish office
