EXPANSION PLAN
INITIAL PLAN
When NUDE INDUSTRIES has secured 10 Share options and all legalities are in place with
monies deposited, the Nude team will go on a sales road trip with a minimum goal of signing 100
key retailers, securing minimum orders of $3,000 wholesale per store. This would be a $300,000
sales run with approximate profit of $200,000 for investors. We are confident this will be a
minimum order per store per month. As we expand the Nude range and the awareness, the
monthly spend will increase. At the same time NUDE ONLINE will be building sales through our
database and capturing new business around the world. We have a serious distributor in NZ who
is very keen to take up the nude brand he will head up all sales and marketing over there. NUDE
PROMOTIONS (a NUDE-owned company) will set up its first product launch event (on a boat to
an island). This will happen three times a year, all investors will have VIP access, we will be
meeting at Palazzo Versace for pre drinks, then everyone will be taking stretch Hummers to the
boat where there will be a red carpet, photographers, film crew, local newspapers, magazines
and, local radio stations.
On the boat will be NUDE girls and guys (painted head to toe) serving drinks - our own branded
energy drink called NUDE ENERGY. Once arriving on the island there will be a fashion parade
displaying the latest men’s and women’s clothing and accessories range for that season.
More importantly this will it will be opportunity to relax and party but at the same time we will be
promoting NUDE!
