Overview<br />
The Training4 <strong>Team</strong> <strong>Leader</strong> course has been newly formulated to meet the current needs of <strong>Team</strong><br />
<strong>Leader</strong>s in Call and Contact Centres. The programme is divided into half-day sessions, each stands<br />
alone and together they provide everything you need to know to become the best contact centre<br />
<strong>Team</strong> <strong>Leader</strong> you can be!<br />
Our aim is to ensure that you get as much as possible from each session. This is not just another<br />
course that you will forget quickly, what you will learn will make a difference instantly and<br />
permanently improve your performance. The sessions are quick paced and interactive, you will<br />
receive a ‘tool kit’ and leave each workshop with the practical skills and an abundance of ideas to<br />
help your self development.<br />

Terms & Conditions<br />
Cancellations received in writing three weeks prior to the event will be refunded after the seminar for all payments received,<br />
less a £20 administration charge. No cancellations will be permitted three weeks prior to the event but individual substitutions<br />
may be made in writing without penalty up to the day before the event. The Organisers reserve the right to make any necessary<br />
changes to the programme and arrangements for the seminar, which will be posted on the website.<br />
