The offices
Prior to the relocation of the entire Munich
branch of Interbrand Zintzmeyer & Lux from
Augustenstraße to Sandstraße the complete
clearance of the new office suites came up.
The new offices were designed to provide
34 workstations, a conference room with up
to 16 places and a small conference room
with a maximum of 6 seats. Furthermore
the offices should provide storage spaces,
an IT-Room, a kitchenette with 10 seats, a
backoffice and a waiting area.
The workings include a new cavity floor for
the entire office space, build with teakwood
industry parquetry, modernization of the
restrooms, new system partition, new
acoustical ceiling, paintwork (partly with
magnetic finish) and partly new furnishing.
The entire electricity supply was renewed,
including the network-data cable system.
The whole illumination was altered to
downlight and light scoops, custom-made
for the indirect illumination.
