by clause (d) <strong>of</strong> section 2 <strong>of</strong> the Maharashtra State Minorities Commission Act,<br />
2004 (Mah. Act XXXI <strong>of</strong> 2005), Government <strong>of</strong> Maharashtra, hereby declares the<br />
