The US FOR-A investigation included a bTiefing chart, entitJed "CJTF-82 Awards," dated May 13, 2010. The chart stated CPT Swenson's MoH recommendation was pending MG Scaparrotti's review as of January 25,2010. A second chart, dated May 20, 2010, stated the recommendation was at USFOR-A as of May 19, 2010. Chmts dated May27 and Jtme 3, 2010, depicted the samdnformation. The status listed for SPC Carter's Moi-l recommendation was identical to the status for CPT Swenson on each ofthe four charts. testified that he recognjzed the charts, which he prepared and presented to the CJ-1. However, he had no detailed recollection of CPT Swenson, SPC Carter~ or their award recmnmle1l1::tat1o MoB. CJTF-101 (Division Level) Stal1is Reporting Elements of HQ ~ 101st Airborne Division, relieved the 82d Airborne Division and assumed responsibHity for the CJTF in June 2010. The TJSFOR-A IO obtained a series of bTiefmg chatts entitled; "C.JTF-101 Valor Awards Tracker," which indicated USFOR-A processed and forwarded CPT Swenson's and SPC Carter's MoH award recommendations to CENTCOM.
