WELCOME TO A BRAND NEW SEASON!
As the new Head Coach of the Thunder Football team, it’s great to be leading the program
and preparing young men as they work academically and athletically for their futures. We
should all be excited and optimistic about the Thunder Football team during the 2010
season as we have a solid group of players who want to wear the Thunder jersey this
season.
With a roster loaded with first-year players, our program's younger players will have to
make big impacts for the team this fall. We've got a very young football team, but we have
talented players to put on the field. We won’t back down from any challenges our
opponents might throw at us. Our team will play hard from the opening whistle to the final
second, and we will be excellent representatives for our fine institution.
Competition is not just once a week on game day. On a daily basis, our student athletes
will learn that they have to compete for a position on the football field, and they have to
compete in the classroom. When a student athlete understands and combines competition
in the classroom with athletic competition, the student will be well-prepared for the future.
After all, preparing students for life beyond college and football is our primary goal.

Intercollegiate Athletics at Fond du Lac Tribal and Community College
Fond du Lac Tribal and Community College offers intercollegiate athletic programs as part
of the student activities and student life program on campus. Student athletes work hard
to establish a winning tradition and a reputation for excellence in the classroom, on the
playing fields, and in the community.
Fond du Lac Tribal and Community College currently offers opportunities in these sports:

League Affiliation
Fond du Lac Tribal and Community College competes at the National Junior College
Athletic Association (NJCAA) Division III level and strongly adheres to the philosophy of
NJCAA Division III mission to create and provide opportunities for student participation in
athletic activities. Athletic scholarships are not awarded at the NJCAA Division III level.
Fond du Lac Tribal and Community College is a member of the Minnesota College Athletic
Conference that currently includes 17 two-year institutions throughout Minnesota.

THUNDER VOLLEYBALL
What a fantastic opportunity we have to offer here at Fond du Lac Tribal and Community
College. Quality academic programs, outstanding and friendly student services, and
competitive intercollegiate athletics programs attract first-rate students. In only the second
year of the program, we’re still building a foundation and reputation, but I see good things on
the horizon.
Coaching is my passion, so I am thrilled to bring my energy and positive attitude to the
Thunder Volleyball program. To be able to make a difference with student athletes in my own
community is a really special opportunity. Our team will work hard on the court and in the
classroom, play together, and have fun.
It is very exciting to work with the players to start putting together a solid team and continue
building the program. I look forward to sharing my enthusiasm for volleyball on campus and in
the communities our college serves.
