CHARACTERISTIC<br />
FEATURES<br />
The <strong>TZK</strong>-<strong>350N</strong> condenser <strong>exploder</strong> is assigned for<br />
starting of electric igniters 0.2 A, 0.45 A & 2 A connected<br />
in series, in parallel, in series & parallel or triring<br />
system, in the ore or mineral mines, quarries, etc.<br />
in the non-methane fields, within the explosion-free<br />
zones. The tester may be used inside excavations<br />
(rooms) of hard coal mining factories in the fields with<br />
the „a”, „b” & „c” methane explosion hazard category<br />
or the „A”, „B” coal dust explosion hazard class.<br />

STRUCTURE<br />
The <strong>TZK</strong>-<strong>350N</strong> <strong>exploder</strong> has a fully plastic hermetic<br />
casing having the IP 67 casing protection grade.<br />
FUNCTIONAL<br />
DESCRIPTION<br />
The <strong>TZK</strong>-<strong>350N</strong> <strong>exploder</strong>’s power source is the accumulator<br />
battery from which, after switching of the shot<br />
connector the converter charging the shot condenser<br />
is supplied.<br />
After 15 ÷ 30 s the shot condenser is charged and<br />
<strong>exploder</strong> is ready to send a shot impulse to the shot<br />
circuit. The exploding readiness is signalized by lighting<br />
of a red electroluminescent diode. Turning the shot<br />
key into “S” position causes a shot and switching-off<br />
the <strong>exploder</strong>’s supply.<br />
