Full traceability
With our comprehensive Management and Tracking Software
for the CSSD, Belimed makes an important contribution
toward enhancing process reliability. The washer-disinfectors
and sterilizers are networked and integrated in existing
IT systems. The individual process steps are monitored,
controlled and documented automatically. This allows each
item to be uniquely identifi ed at all times throughout the
entire cycle and allows it to be traced. This results in
manageable material storage, optimization of storage
costs, fast purchase-order handling, avoidance of delivery
errors and prevention of under- or oversupply situations.

Professional instrument cleaning
Belimed’s Safe Effi cient Cleaning system considers all
elements that may impact the cleaning process. Together
with our customers, we design an individual solution for
reliable and cost-effective cleaning of the instruments,
consequently ensuring an optimum cleaning and disinfection
result and lower costs.
Independent process monitoring
EN ISO 15883 regulations demand independent
process monitoring. On Belimed’s most recent installations,
the process data is acquired, verifi ed and
recorded redundantly in two independent systems.
Greater safety and effi ciency
in cleaning and disinfection
The discovery of new pathogens, such as infectious prions, and the development of more complex
instruments for use in minimally invasive surgery have resulted in more cleaning and disinfection
challenges. For proper sterilization, many relevant factors must be taken into consideration,
including instrument characteristics, design of the load carrier, process controls, water qualities
and the compatibility of washer-disinfector and detergents.

right solution for all fi elds of application
Comprehensive range of products
Belimed offers innovative system solutions for cleaning,
disinfection and drying of medical instruments, vessels and
containers, rigid and fl exible endoscopes, transport carts
and operating room tables. The variety of models and
accessories allow us to meet individual customer requirements.
Whether a built-in automated unit, a single-chamber
washer-disinfector, or a large-scale washing and disinfection
system for high throughputs, we offer a solution tailored
to meet your needs.
Belimed’s system solutions cover racks for all sterile
materials processed in the CSSD. They ensure optimum
cleaning, disinfection and drying along with short
loading times due to good, ergonomic design.
Optimum quality
Durable design and fi rst-rate workmanship allow Belimed
to provide maximum reliability for your installations. We
comply with our customers’ requirements and the latest
regulations (EN ISO 15883, FDA) for safety, quality and
cost-effectiveness.

The WD 750 large-scale cleaning, disinfection and
drying system incorporates state-of-the-art technology
and features cost-effective operation. Depending on
requirements, the validated program for medical devices
(e.g. sterile containers) may be used in accordance with
EN ISO 15883, or the short program for non-medical
devices (e.g. racks, transport carts or operating
room shoes) may be used.
High throughput but small footprint
Depending on performance requirement and available
space, Belimed has a solution for you. The WD 390 multichamber
washer-disinfector system has a capacity of up
to 75 instrument baskets per hour. The space-saving
WD 230 / WD 250 / WD 290 automatic cleaning, disinfection
and drying unit has a footprint of only 90 x 80
resp. 90 x 94 cm (W x D) and a height of 184 cm. We are
committed to providing optimum solutions matched to
the individual needs of our customers.
Cost-effective and short cycle times
Our systems use less water, less energy and less chemicals.
We pay particular attention to achieving cleaning and
disinfection with minimal utility consumption and cycle
times. Automatic fi lling quantity adaptation results in only
using as much water and detergent as is effectively
required, depending on rack or load. Because of DI water
preheating, integrated high-performance drying and intelligent
reuse of the exhaust air energy, we achieve extremely
short cycle times and a process that is as gentle on the
instrument as possible.
Automation helps to eliminate errors
Staff are always pressed for time, and therefore, the risk of
operating errors is high. Automated loading and unloading
of washer-disinfectors optimize workfl ow and minimize
sources of error. The rack is detected when it is moved into
the machine and the correct program starts automatically.
After cleaning, disinfection and drying, the rack is discharged
automatically and is then ready for the next process step.
Easy service and maintenance
We believe in convenient access to equipment assemblies
and control systems. Belimed meets this important
condition by allowing easy access to the core, so service
and maintenance may be carried out quickly and reliably.
This results in reduced machine downtimes.
Our patented connection coupling ensures
constant-pressure and leak-free supply to the
washer-disinfector, which results in better cleaning
with higher washing nozzle pressure.

Space-saving and ergonomic, the MST-V sterilizer,
with vertically opening sliding door for 1 to 12 StE,
has an overall width of only 98 cm and a loading
height of 78.5 cm.
The solid stainless steel sealing frame ensures both
the operational reliability of the door system and the
long service life of the solid-silicone seal.

Meeting our customer’s needs
In the sterilization sector, Belimed offers a wide variety
of modular solutions – even where space is at a premium.
The MST Series of sterilizers was developed specifi cally
for hospitals and CSSD service providers. It is used in the
Central Sterile Supply Department and in the operating
room sector. It offers maximum fl exibility with an effective
volume of 1 to 18 StE, horizontally or vertically opening
sliding doors, tailor-made accessories and a wide variety
of options and add-ons.
Easing workfl ow and reducing operating errors
The automatic loading and unloading system offered
by Belimed allows processes in the CSSD to be largely
automated. Stable touch screens and user prompts also
ensure easy and reliable operation of the sterilizers.
This saves time, reduces costs and helps to avoid
operating errors.

Rugged doors and drive, a durable solid-silicone seal,
high-quality materials and stainless steel piping are
all used for longevity while providing state-of-the-art

All Belimed sterilizers are required to pass a stringent
quality inspection on the basis of the latest regulations.
ISO 17665, EN 285, ISO 9001, EN 46001, TÜV, ASME and

to IQ (Installation Qualifi cation), OQ (Operating Qualifi cation)
and PQ (Performance Qualifi cation).
Extensive process validation
Our validation services, routine tests and inspections are
conducted in accordance with current, country-specifi c
regulations and standards such as ISO 17665, EN 285
and EN ISO 15883. This applies to both cleaning and
disinfection processes, as well as sterilization. This means
we ensure the level of safety required in routine operation.
