ULACROSSE TEAM TRAINING SESSIONS<br />
Elevate your <strong>team</strong>’s practice session to the next level by having our world-class coaching staff, led by<br />
Ned Crotty, train your lacrosse <strong>team</strong>. All <strong>training</strong> will be done at the state-of-the-art climate<br />
controlled lacrosse <strong>training</strong> facility at the <strong>House</strong> of <strong>Sports</strong>.<br />
Our coaching staff will work with you to develop a curriculum that is customized to your <strong>team</strong>’s needs<br />
and goals. At the end your sessions, you will be provided with a <strong>team</strong> evaluation and a post session<br />
wrap-up.<br />
Before or after your <strong>team</strong> <strong>training</strong> sessions, <strong>team</strong>s can work out in our 11,000 sq. ft. performance<br />
center so they can improve their speed, agility and strength.<br />

UCOACHES BIOS<br />
Together the world-class Lacrosse Academy coaches have won 3 NCAA National Championships, appeared in 5 NCAA Final<br />
Four games, won 2 ACC Championships, 4 Big East Championships and captured 1 Tewaaraton Award for best player in<br />
the nation. This is a coaching staff that rivals any Division 1 program in the nation. They clearly know what it takes to be a<br />
champion and are ready to impart that knowledge to you and your <strong>team</strong>!<br />
NED CROTTY – EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, LACROSSE ACADEMY<br />
Ned Crotty is widely considered to be one of the top three lacrosse players in the world. He was an All-American at Duke<br />
and on the 2010 NCAA Men’s Lacrosse Championship <strong>team</strong>. That year he also won the Tewaaraton Trophy for the most<br />
outstanding lacrosse player in the nation.<br />
Ned joined the MLL after being chosen as the first overall draft pick in the 2010 MLL draft. He currently leads the attack<br />
for the Rochester Rattlers. Prior to joining the <strong>House</strong> of <strong>Sports</strong>, Ned was a senior coach with Trilogy Lacrosse.<br />
TONY VALLANCE – DIRECTOR OF INSTRUCTION, LACROSSE ACADEMY<br />
Tony Vallance has been coaching at the college level for the past eleven years. He was the assistant coach at Muhlenberg<br />
College and Bellarmine University. Prior to joining the <strong>House</strong> of <strong>Sports</strong>, since 2007 he had been the Head Assistant Coach<br />
at Fairfield University, a Division 1 lacrosse powerhouse.<br />
TOM GUADAGNOLO – DIRECTOR OF CLUB TEAMS, LACROSSE ACADEMY<br />
Tom Guadagnolo was Captain and an All- American member of the Syracuse University Lacrosse <strong>team</strong> that won the 2008<br />
and 2009 NCAA Division 1 National Championships. He was drafted into the MLL and now plays for the Rochester<br />
Rattlers. Prior to joining the <strong>House</strong> of <strong>Sports</strong>, Tom was the Head Assistant Coach at Holy Cross University.<br />
ANNA O’CONNOR – DIRECTOR OF GIRLS LACROSSE, LACROSSE ACADEMY<br />
Anna O’Connor was a four year letter winner for the Division 1 Binghamton University Bearcats and was captain in her<br />
senior year. After graduating in 2007, Anna claimed the position of Head Women’s Coach for Manhattanville College.<br />
JACKIE PIERCE – ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF GIRLS LACROSSE, LACROSSE ACADEMY<br />
Jackie Pierce graduated from Sacred Heart in June 2010. In 2008, Pierce was involved in the first-ever NEC Championship<br />
<strong>team</strong> in program history, continuing their reign in 2009 and 2010 for a final of 3 consecutive titles. While at Sacred Heart,<br />
Pierce was an All-NEC pick in 2009 and made the All-NEC Tournament <strong>team</strong> in 2009 and 2010. For the past two years,<br />
Jackie has served as the first assistant for the Mercy College Women’s Lacrosse program.
