procurement and engineering for heavy marine transports and installation to
some of the most challenging environments in the world. Dockwise operates
the largest and most versatile fleet of 20 semi-submersible heavy transport
vessels in the world. Dockwise offers a full range of logistical and transport
management services to ensure seamless operations.
Dockwise delivers three services to its key clients:
1 Heavy Marine Transport
Dockwise is the global market leader in the transport of extremely large
and heavy structures such as offshore drilling rigs, offshore production
structures, modules for onshore industrial projects, military equipment,
port and marine infrastructures (cranes or dredging material) and other
heavy floating and non floating cargoes.
2 Transport & Installation
Supported by its in-house engineering, procurement and dedicated
project management capabilities, Dockwise offers a total marine scope for
float-over and deck mating operations. The marine scope includes
load-out operation and transportation from the construction site to the
field by lowering a fully integrated topside onto a pre-installed jacket.
3 Logistical Management
Dockwise offers turn-key logistical management solutions to the onshore and
offshore industries. Dockwise is able to manage multiple transports in a single
contract. Our specialized heavy cargo fleet combined with other capabilities such
as project management, procurement, land transport and robust interface
management enables us to improve the total efficiency and reduce interface
risks resulting in significant schedule and project savings for the client.
The Perdido Truss Spar

The Spar was successfully
transported to Ingleside, Texas
(USA) and safely delivered.
For the transport and
float-over installation of a large
18,000 metric ton integrated
production deck (East Area
Project), the Black Marlin had to
be substantially converted. The
deck left Korea and was installed
during a 3 day operation
offshore Nigeria.
