Data collection • Blood sample collection: • 10d and 1d prior to treatment initiation to confirm estrous cyclicity status (< 0.5 ng/mL noncycling) • Daily from PG through estrus • Estrus detection was performed using HeatWatch • Ultrasonography: • 1d prior to GnRH, day of GnRH • 2d following GnRH to determine response • Day of PG and daily through estrus • Every 4h beginning 20h after onset of estrus until ovulation Leitman et al., 2007
