Concluding Paragraph<br />
To the extent applicable, the provisions of this <strong>Rule</strong> apply to open<br />
outcry trading as well as electronic trading activity. Further, the<br />
provisions of this <strong>Rule</strong> apply to all market states, including the preopening<br />
period, the closing period and all trading sessions.<br />
