Copper Conductors 600 Volt 90°C<br />

Application: Control, power, lighting, and signal multi-conductor circuits, rated 600 Volts.<br />

Installation: In cable trays, raceways, suspended with messenger wire, and direct burial, in industrial plants in cable tray in hazardous<br />

areas per NEC Articles 318 and 501. • May be installed in both wet or dry locations or in areas exposed to chemicals and oils.<br />

• Maximum Conductor Temperatures (continuous): XHHW Wet locations: 75°C, XHHW Dry locations: 90°C,<br />

RHH-2 Dry locations - 90°C, • Ampacity: See Ampacity Tables located in Technical Reference Section in this catalog.<br />

Specifications: • Conductors: Soft, tinned annealed copper per ASTM B-33, Class B stranding per ASTM B-8. Sizes 14 AWG - 12<br />

AWG • Insulation: Flame-retardant cross-linked polyethylene. • Assembly: Conductors are cabled together with or without fillers as<br />

required to form a round, compact cable core and with a binder tape. • Grounding Conductors: when required per UL Standard<br />

1277, bare copper ground wires. • <strong>Cable</strong> Jacket: Sunlight resistant (CSPE) Hypalon rated 90°C per UL Standard 1277.<br />

• Flame Test: <strong>Cable</strong> passes IEEE 383 vertical tray ribbon-burner flame test (210,000BTU).<br />
