guidelines of the Special Rules. Though reported and admitted for<br />
duty on 22.10.1986, taking a lenient view he is declared eligible for<br />
regular service as a regular member in AP Bn in the next arising<br />
vacancy wef 21.04.1989, as per suggesation no. 11 of the High<br />
Level Committee vide no.152/Camp/ ADGP(Trg)/ 2005<br />
Dt.11.03.2005 and the period upto 11.07.1990 treated as<br />
Supernumerary APASI, admitting the preferential claim of the<br />
earlier sports appointees.<br />
