Clarion ®
Get Together
Clarion® is well positioned to help owners of existing full-service
properties with Food & Beverage (F&B) operations. Today’s Clarion
operates using a model that features full-service amenities with
focused-service F&B offerings to help drive revenues and reduce
costs. With Clarion, we’re meeting guests’ expectations and providing
owners with an F&B program that is simpler, more efficient,
and easier to delivery successfully. With the brand’s efficient
“food and beverage-light” operational model, you have the flexibility
to get the most out of your existing property configuration.
Our focused-service program is designed to increase the potential
for guest return and demand by catering to a wide range of business
and leisure group occasions – from business meetings to weddings,
reunions and weekend getaways. This “gatherings” segment
represents millions of potential annual room nights often
overlooked by other hotel brands, driving an opportunity of
returns with a reasonable conversion investment for Clarion.
With over 70 years’ experience, and over 6,700 properties
open or under development worldwide, Choice Hotels® is one
of the largest hospitality organizations in the world. We provide
services, resources, field support, a property management
system and ongoing training, all designed to optimize hotel
performance. In 2012, the total system-wide revenue generated
from Choice Hotels marketing and reservations channels was
over $2.8 billion, and over $208 million was spent system-wide
on programs and promotions designed to increase brand
awareness and drive hotel reservations.*
