Company Profile
Rene’s Fine European Smallgoods was established in 2001 producing
premium filler free and gluten free Smallgoods such as salami, ham,
cold cut meats and more.
Thanks to the great tasting products and top quality produce used,
the company has shown rapid growth since it’s establishment in 2001.
With our independent distribution network and a factory retail
outlet onsite, we proudly supply our loyal and growing customer
base. Specialising in sliced cryovaced smallgoods enables us to
distribute varying quantities to large and small retail outlets alike.
Thanks to this versatility our smallgoods enjoy a deep market
penetration throughout South East Queensland.
Rene’s Fine European Smallgoods is Australian owned and operated
with German heritage spanning over 4 generations in smallgoods
production. This family heritage has given rise to our core value to
produce only top quality smallgoods at prices affordable every day.
For this reason we don’t wholesale meat cuts, meaning all premium
cuts of meat are used to produce our smallgoods ensuring
unsurpassed quality and taste.
We also pride ourselves to not using meal based mixtures containing
gluten or wheat. Instead we use selected European spice mixtures
resulting in honest celiac safe smallgoods.
We are confident our standard is not easily matched by other
Australian smallgood producers. So if you like to live your life
“Lean, Gourmet, Everyday” we welcome you.

Gourmet Sausages
Gourmet BBQ Sausage or Chipolata
Made from premium pork leg trim only. Spiced
delicately with imported spice mixture. Gluten
and wheat free.
Italian BBQ Sausage
Our Italian pork BBQ sausage, cold smoked on a
tomato/oregano flavoured base.
Chorizo
A spanish delicacy, slightly spicy, cold smoked,
ideal for pasta dishes or BBQ.
Wood Smoked Bratwurst
Our signature pork bratwurst only produced by
us, mild in flavour, cold smoked, a BBQ favourite.
Cracked Pepper Bratwurst
Similar as our wood smoked bratwurst with
added cracked black pepper for the connoisseur
who likes a little bite.

Gourmet Sausages
German Bratwurst
A pre-cooked pork BBQ bratwurst with a
marjoram note. Best in a bun with mustard or
sauerkraut.
Gourmet Breakfast Bratwurst
A pre-cooked pork breakfast sausage with the
gourmet blend of mild herbs and spices, small in
size, ideal addititon for your breakfast platter.

Vienna
A traditional German-Frankfurt mixture that is
wood smoked and ready to eat, filled in sheep
casings. Also very enjoyable when heated in hot
water or on BBQ, with mustard and a breadroll.
Knackwurst
A larger style of vienna in thicker natural casings.
Kransky
A pre-cooked pork sausage with that authentic
polish flavour note, ready to eat or a BBQ
favourite.
Kabana
An all time australian favourite, as all our
products are gluten and filler free.

Made to original german recipe, filled in natural

Premium Leg Ham
Double smoked boneless ham made with selected
premium leg pieces (topside and silverside) spiced
with imported spice mixture, smoked and cooked
to perfection.
Proscuitto
Air dried ham carefully selected parts of the
leg of pork this uncooked product is air dried and
matured to a traditional Italian recipe, its delicate
flavour is appreciated when thinly sliced.
Pastrami
Premium quality marinated beef eye round
pieces, coated in a rainbow of peppercorns, precooked
and smoke. Simply delicious.
Smoked Silverside
As our pastrami without the peppercorns.

Ham & Bacon
Diet Ham
Marinated pork loins, absolutely not fat, ideal if
you are dieting.
Bacon Select
Premium select bacon slices, simply the best

German Bacon
Made only from lean belly pork pieces with it’s

Red Wine & Garlic Salami
As the name suggest, this coarse salami with
red wine and garlic, where you actually taste the
individual ingredients.
Jamaica Rum Salami
Another speciality only produced by us, coarse in
texture with a full bodied taste of the Jamaican
rum which we also import.
Hungarian Salami
Our mild salami variety finely cut/sliced and filled
in consumer friendly thin salami casings, perfect
for that picnic/BBQ or as a pizza topping.
Pepperoni Salami
As our Hungarian salami but includes black
pepper corns for that bite that so many crave.

Bavarian Meatloaf
Oven baked, fine in texture, favourite for
sandwiches or for breakfast pan fried with a fried
egg added on top to make the traditional german
dish “Strammer Max”.
Pizza Meatloaf
Gourmet meatloaf with cheese, ham and salami
