APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION TO THE BAR
OF THE U.S. DISTRICT COURT
DISTRICT OF NEW JERSEY
PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY
The requirements for admission to the Bar of the United States District Court
District of New Jersey can be found in Rule 101.1 of the Local Rules. In order to avoid
delays in the review process of your application, please follow these instructions:
(1) Application must be typed and completed in full. You may type the
information online, but you must then print out the completed form and
mail it as indicated below.
(2) Your application must be accompanied by a current (less than 30 days
old) Certificate of Good Standing issued by the New Jersey Supreme
Court.
(3) The completed, signed and notarized Application with an original
Certificate of Good Standing issued by the New Jersey Supreme Court must
be submitted together as a packet along with a check or money order in the
amount of $200.00, payable to Clerk, U.S. District Court. The Court does
not accept cash.
(4) The completed packet should be mailed to:

Upon approval, your Certificate of Admission will be forwarded to you within 45
