MOTION<br />
by Mr. Pinou, seconded by Mr. Martin and carried unanimously that the Board of Education<br />
approves the following resolution:<br />
Be It Resolved, that the Board of Education approves the agreement with the West Islip Union<br />
Free School District for the purpose of providing health and welfare services to one child<br />
residing in the <strong>Garden</strong> <strong>City</strong> Union Free School District and attending a non-public school<br />
located in West Islip during the 20<strong>12</strong>/<strong>2013</strong> school year at a per pupil cost of $661.90.<br />
Be It Further Resolved, that the Board of Education authorizes the District Clerk to execute said<br />
agreement on their behalf.<br />

by Mr. Martin, seconded by Mrs. Trapasso and carried unanimously that the Board of Education<br />
approves the following resolution:<br />
Be It Resolved, that the Board of Education approves the agreement with the Herricks Union<br />
Free School District for one <strong>Garden</strong> <strong>City</strong> student attending Shelter Rock Academy during the<br />
20<strong>12</strong>/<strong>2013</strong> school year at an estimated yearly rate of $46,300.<br />
Be It Further Resolved, that the Board of Education authorizes the District Clerk to execute said<br />
agreement on their behalf.<br />

Education approves the following resolution:<br />
Be It Resolved, that the recommendations of the CSE for the following dates have been<br />
reviewed by the Board of Education and arrangements will be made for the special education<br />

ADDENDUM<br />
MOTION<br />
by Mrs. Heineman, seconded by Mr. Pinou and carried unanimously that the Board of<br />
Education approves the following resolution:<br />
RESOLVED, the Board of Education upon consideration of the appeal of a Student named in<br />
executive session regarding the determination of the Superintendent of Schools following an<br />
appeal to the Superintendent, hereby denies the appeal in its entirety and affirms the decision of<br />
the Superintendent of Schools and further directs that the District Clerk notify the Student of<br />
this determination.<br />

Education approves the following resolution:<br />
Upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools, the Board of Education<br />
terminates the individual identified on confidential schedule "A" effective immediately.<br />
