Please include:
• Names and addressess of anyone you or the nominee would like invitations
to be sent to. The Cal Aggie Alumni Association will host the awardee and their
selected guest. If you have additional guests you would like to invite, tickets
can be purchased at www.alumni.ucdavis.edu/rsvp or by contacting CAAA at
(530)752-0286.
• A biography, resume, CV or any available press materials about the nominee.
• A list of names and addresses for local papers and media, organizations, trade
journals, Web sites or electronic media for press releases.
• One recent, posed, high resolution (300 dpi) digital headshot of the nominee.
• 20-30 other photographs of the nominee to be includee in a video presentation
the night of the ceremony. Please send a variety of photographs from both his/
her personal and professional life and photos of their time here at UC Davis.
Please scan and burn them onto a CD or DVD. Special arrangements can be
made to send originals.
