Be a part of the Latin dances while having<br />

shoulders. It will leave you feeling refreshed<br />

all day long.<br />

Get the strength to get through your day. You<br />

Will learn proper warm-up, corrective exercises and<br />

basic strength moves and their progression.<br />

Get the heart to hang in there and learn proper<br />

warm up, corrective exercises and basic aerobics<br />

routine set to music.<br />

Introduction to fitness ,this class<br />

will include proper warm-up, corrective<br />

exercises and flexibility, all the components<br />

necessary to begin a fitness routine.<br />

Make a splash with a low impact workout in the<br />

water. Classes will include basic cardio moves,<br />

use water resistance for basic strength training<br />

and sooth the muscles with light stretches to<br />

finish. Non swimmers welcome.<br />

This low intensity class will offer a<br />

combination of cardiovascular exercise,<br />

strength training and flexibility in a chair.<br />

Enhance your range of motion in the warm<br />

therapy pool. This class will leave you relaxed<br />

and will help promote your movement<br />

throughout the rest of your day.

performed in the water. Experience<br />

improvements in joint stability, coordination, and<br />

heart health strength. Class will incorporate cardio<br />

and strength using water dumbbells, and flotation<br />

belts. Non swimmers welcome.<br />

Focus on the muscles that improve posture.<br />

Reduce back pain, increase joint stability and<br />

improve overall fitness by strengthening<br />
