A personal story from a Managing Mood & Health group participant……. Thanks to all at Mind, my mental health issues have all but disappeared and I am feeling great. The peer mentoring has slightly stalled, my mentee didn't turn up for his first session! It shouldn't be too long before I get another. The exercise classes are going well, I'm feeling a lot fitter and am losing weight. As you can see, I am also getting better on the computer( still only one finger though!) All of this is only possible because of the help and encouragement from you and all the other staff. Once again, a huge thank you to all at Mind!
