Hinges<br />
With knowledge of the door weight this should be cross-refermed with the width<br />
of the door out the graph below, to identify which <strong>hinges</strong> should be fitted.<br />
Note that while it is common practice to fit two <strong>hinges</strong> to lightweight doors, Assa<br />
recommended that at least three <strong>hinges</strong> should always be fitted. This is especially<br />
important when a door closer is used.<br />
The graph below can be used if positioning of the <strong>hinges</strong><br />
are made after positioning on page 276.<br />
