SCHEDULE 8 - Chemicals and Procedures used to maintain water treatment<br />
and distribution systems<br />
The following chemicals and procedures used to maintain water treatment and<br />
distribution systems have been approved by the Department <strong>of</strong> Health.<br />
<strong>Water</strong> treatment systems may include membrane, reverse osmosis and ultra violet<br />
filtration plants. <strong>Water</strong> distribution systems include bores, mains and tanks.<br />
This list does not include water treatment chemicals (see MoU Schedule 7) or<br />
materials in contact with drinking water (see MoU Schedule 5)<br />
