This document can be used to calculate an estimate of additional costs that maybe incurred when setting<br />
up your exhibit space. The items listed below are common items order by exhibitors and do not<br />
encompass all charges that may incur. Please use this document as a guideline for setting up your space.<br />
If there are any questions about this document or specific services please contact event management or<br />
the vendor you wish to place an order with. The following are not included below but are some other<br />
common items you may want to consider when budgeting for your event:<br />
Lead Retrieval, Plant and Floral, Security, Photography, Audio Visual, Food and Beverage.<br />
<strong>Drayage</strong>:<br />
This is the cost of labor to transport your shipment from the loading dock to your booth. Please check with chosen<br />
freight carrier for their shipping rates as this is independent of costs to ship to show site or the advanced warehouse.<br />
Note that shipping crated material whenever possible is the most economical. These rates are based upon your<br />
inbound rate and quoted on a round-trip basis.<br />

Overtime rates apply to shipments arriving prior to 8:00am or after 4:30pm Monday through Friday, or All Day<br />
Saturday or all day Sunday.<br />
Based upon the freight handling rates quoted above, a 35% surcharge per cwt for each occurrence will apply if:<br />
- Shipments are received on overtime.<br />
- No overtime surcharge will apply to any advanced shipment delivered to showsite on overtime.<br />
- Your shipment is moved into or out of showsite on overtime due to scheduling beyond Champion’s control.<br />

Booth Labor:<br />
If you require labor to set-up your booth rates are charged at a 1 hour minimum. For any orders placed on show site<br />
add 20% to hourly rates.<br />
• Straight Time Rate: $74.16 per man hour 8:00am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday<br />
• Overtime Rate: $125.46 per man per hour before 8:00am and after 4:30pm Monday through<br />
Friday, all hours Saturday, Sunday, and observed union holidays.<br />

Decorations:<br />
Your booth will be provided with back and side drape in the show colors (inline booths only), no other decorations<br />
will be provided. The Official Show Decorator has many options for customizing your exhibit space. Make sure to<br />
place your orders early to ensure the discounted pricing (remember, full payment must be received by the discount<br />
deadline). Below are basic decoration items often ordered for exhibit space:<br />

Electrical:<br />
• All inline booths that order a basic power drop will have their power dropped at the back of<br />
the booth unless otherwise requested. No labor will be added to this, only the charge for<br />
power will be incurred.<br />
• If power is requested to be placed anywhere else in the booth, labor and material will be<br />
charged. Below are common prices for electrical services.<br />
• Note – If you need power in your booth prior to the showfloor opening please order 24-hour<br />
power as most locations do not turn on power until ½ hour prior to the show opening and turn<br />
power off ½ hour after the show closes. Double the rate for power if you would like 24-hr<br />
power.<br />
