Cost: $225.00
This is the fourteenth year SFDS has offered a summer soccer program. Camp
Director Steve Roberts is a nationally licensed soccer coach and former NCAA
Division 1 National Champion. Other staff will include SFDS teachers and former
SFDS players.
The camp will focus on the fundamental skills of the game, teamwork, rules of
the game, and some relevant tactics. Each day will conclude with small sided
games where the participants will have the opportunity to demonstrate newly
acquired skills in game situations.
The philosophy of the camp is one that mirrors the San Francisco Day School
After School Sports Program, where each child is challenged to improve his or
her individual skill level while enjoying all that the game has to offer.
