Combinations for superior snow mold control and improved turf quality
1. Tartan ® (2 oz.) plus Daconil ® products (5 oz.)
For pink snow mold, Tartan or Tartan tank mixed with Daconil has provided top-level control in university trials. For gray snow
mold or a combination of pink and gray, apply Tartan at the 2.0 oz. rate plus high recommended rates of Daconil products. These
treatments have provided excellent disease control and unsurpassed turf quality in university trials over the last two years.
2. Chipco ® Triton (0.3 oz.), 26 GT ® (4 – 8 oz.), Daconil products (5 – 8 oz.) and
Chipco Signature
Adding Triton to any mixture of the well-established 26 GT and Daconil treatments
will improve the control of gray snow mold. This mixture provides
good overall pink and gray snow mold control and will improve the turf quality
in the spring.
3. Including Chipco Signature with StressGard technology to any snow mold
program will improve the overall turf quality when coming out of the winter
season stress periods.
