Tom Glocer. In December 2000 named to

Joined Reuters in 1993 as Vice President and
Deputy General Counsel, Reuters America
and appointed Executive Vice President and
General Counsel, Reuters America Holdings in
1995. Prior to joining Reuters he was a mergers
and acquisitions lawyer with Davis Polk &
Wardwell in New York, Paris and Tokyo. Nonexecutive

David Grigson. Joined Reuters in August 2000
from Emap plc where he was Group Finance
Director and Chairman of Emap Digital.
