Clinton County Grants (Above) The Clinton County Community Foundation provided funding to purchase furniture and educational activities for the children’s area at the Rossville branch of the Frankfort Community Public Library. (Above) Student and mentor take a moment from their studies for a brief photography session. The students and mentors are matched as part of the COACH Kids of Clinton County’s mentoring program. A grant from the Community Foundation granted partial support to provide mentor training to ensure a quality match is successfully made and sustained. (Above) The Clinton County Community Foundation provided funding to the Michigantown Lions Club to purchase playground equipment for the park renovation. The playground provides a safe and fun place for children to play. (Above) The Clinton County Contractual Public Library Michigan Road branch went “wireless” in 2009 with partial funding provided by the Clinton County Community Foundation. Library patrons can access on-line databases and other on-line information using the wireless Internet access. 35
