Clinton <strong>County</strong> Grants<br />
(Above) The Clinton <strong>County</strong> <strong>Community</strong> <strong>Foundation</strong> provided<br />
funding to purchase furniture and educational activities for the<br />
children’s area at the Rossville branch <strong>of</strong> the Frankfort <strong>Community</strong><br />
Public Library.<br />
(Above) Student and mentor take a moment from their studies for<br />
a brief photography session. The students and mentors are matched<br />
as part <strong>of</strong> the COACH Kids <strong>of</strong> Clinton <strong>County</strong>’s mentoring<br />
program. A grant from the <strong>Community</strong> <strong>Foundation</strong> granted<br />
partial support to provide mentor training to ensure a quality match<br />
is successfully made and sustained.<br />
(Above) The Clinton <strong>County</strong> <strong>Community</strong> <strong>Foundation</strong> provided<br />
funding to the Michigantown Lions Club to purchase playground<br />
equipment for the park renovation. The playground provides a<br />
safe and fun place for children to play.<br />
(Above) The Clinton <strong>County</strong> Contractual Public Library<br />
Michigan Road branch went “wireless” in <strong>2009</strong> with partial<br />
funding provided by the Clinton <strong>County</strong> <strong>Community</strong> <strong>Foundation</strong>.<br />
Library patrons can access on-line databases and other on-line<br />
information using the wireless Internet access.<br />
