The selected candidates are directed to submit the scrutiny form alongwith documents in the
Enquiry Counter of the Directorate of Higher & Technical Education, Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh,
Itanagar as and when the seats are received from the Govt. of India. A separate notification shal be
issued on confirmation of the allotment of seats.

Candidates selected in Rajiv Gandhi Govt. Polytechnic, Itanagar and Tomi Polytechnic,
Basar should directly report to the Institution for admission on or before 08/08/2011. Selection of
candidates would automatically stand cancelled for the candidates who fail to obtain nomination within
the stipulated date.
Selected candidates should show all the original documents at the time of nomination. They are
also required to produce 2(Two) sets each of xerox copies of the following documents duly attested by
a gazette officer.
1. Recent Passport size photographs. AISSE Marksheet 3. AISSE certificate. 4. ST certificate
5. PRC 6. Character certificate7. Migration certificate 8. Transfer/School Leaving certificate 9.
Medical Fitness certificate 10. Employment Certificate (For Category-II & III) 11. Domicile
Certificate (For Category – IV) 12. Admit Card of JEE’ 2011.
