Sewing together all of the right pieces—valuable
charity partners, impactful programs, committed
donors, and dedicated volunteers—made 2012 one
of the most successful years in the history of the Toy
Industry Foundation.
NEW IN 2013
There are more than 660,000 foster children in
America who lack stable adult guidance while
they await a permanent home. Our newest
national partnership with Court Appointed
Special Advocates (CASA) for Children will help
grow the number of trained CASA volunteers
to provide one-on-one guidance, advocacy, and
mentorship to more than half of these children.
Toys will also help CASA volunteers and kids
bond through play.
2013 is also the 10th anniversary of our
signature program, The Toy Bank! In 10 years,
we have put toys into the hands of 10 million
disadvantaged children. Special toy giveaway
celebrations are planned all year long.

books, crafts, or DVDs to our Toy Bank, you
choose if your toys will go to one of our
national partners or to children served by our
wide network of more than 1,000 carefully

maKE a PERSONaL GIFT
We are proud that 98 cents of every dollar
contributed directly funds our programs serving
children in need. Every dollar helps, but by
making a personal donation of $250 or more,
you will be enrolled in our Leaders Circle
annual giving program. Your commitment is
honored through donor listings on our website
and annual publications, special personal
acknowledgements throughout the year, and
