Water, gas and electricity bills are included in your rent, so
you don’t have to worry about them.
Spread your payments
With University accommodation, you can pay your rent in
three instalments. You don’t have to provide a UK guarantor.
Flexible contracts
Our standard contract is for 42 weeks, so you can go home
in the summer vacation if you like. If you prefer to stay for a
full year, just ask. Most private landlords only offer
contracts for a full year.
Room contents insurance
We set this up for you. It’s included in your rent.
Free internet
In all University-owned accommodation, internet connection
is included in your rent. It’s ready to use when you arrive.
You can access the University network from your room.
Social events all year round
We organise events in all our accommodation so you have
plenty of chances to meet people and make new friends.
24-hour maintenance
If you have a problem we send someone round to fix it.
And security
Including CCTV and on-site security teams. You don’t get
this level of care in a privately rented house.
Welfare and support staff
Our support team are on-site so there’s always someone
there to offer help and advice if you need it.
