<strong>Four</strong> <strong>Seasons</strong> <strong>Park</strong> <strong>Rental</strong> <strong>Contract</strong><br />
<strong>Four</strong> <strong>Seasons</strong> Shelter and Sport Fields are available for rental throughout the year.<br />
Shelter Times available are 7am-10pm Sunday - Thursday and 7am -Midnight on Friday and Saturday.<br />
<strong>Rental</strong> Charges – Rent and deposits are due upon reservation. Deposits are refunded upon complete<br />
cleaning same day as rental and when procedures are followed as listed below. Deposits will not be returned if<br />
rental is cancelled. Deposits will be returned 14 days after keys are returned. Both deposit and rental checks are<br />
cashed upon receipt.<br />
Registered 501(c) (3) nonpr<strong>of</strong>it organizations may rent the park shelter on weekdays for only $25.00-limit one<br />
rental per month per group.<br />
Baseball diamond and soccer rental for leagues is available by negotiated contract subject to Board approval.<br />

Conditions and Restrictions<br />
• Dogs are not allowed in park except on the trail and they must be leashed<br />
• Renters, you must take all trash with you when you leave (bags are provided)<br />
• Decorating is allowed with cellophane or masking tape (No glue, nails, tacks, staples)<br />
• No <strong>Park</strong>ing or driving on lawn<br />
• No booyah kettles or other cookers with open fire<br />
• No open fires allowed except in charcoal or gas grills<br />
• No fireworks allowed in park<br />
Cleaning<br />
• Must be done same day or you lose your deposit<br />
• Sweep and mop the floor with water only- No chemicals - Leave squeezed out mops in mop bucket<br />
• Remove all decorations<br />
• Empty refrigerator and freezer. Leave them plugged in<br />
• Wipe and stack all tables and chairs. Please stake the white tables on top <strong>of</strong> the wood tables<br />
• Clean bathrooms using supplies in blue bucket only<br />
• Clean up around the building; put shelter toys back on shelf<br />
• Place clean garbage bags in container after removing your trash and recyclables
• Set thermostats to 55 Degrees<br />
• Hose down concrete outside in picnic table area<br />
• Report any breakage or repairs that are needed when returning keys<br />
• Lock all doors and windows<br />

Deposit will not be returned if you should cancel and will not be returned if conditions are<br />
not met and shelter is not properly cleaned the same day as your rental.<br />
