<strong>Acron</strong>’s Promoters<br />

Two brothers, Amar J. Britto and Dr. John Britto started the group 20 years ago,<br />

with construction projects in north-east Bombay.<br />

Amar J. Britto, 45 years of age, is a student of OLPS High School, in Chembur,<br />

north-east Bombay & St. Xavier’s College, Bombay. He has qualified under the<br />

Professional Development Program (PDP) at Cornell University School of Hotel<br />

Admin at Ithaca, USA in June 2007 and at the Cornell-Nanyang Institute in<br />

Singapore in August 2007. He is currently qualifying (May 2008) under the 3-year<br />

Owner/President Management Program (OPM) at Harvard Business School,<br />

Boston, USA. He recently participated in the Harvard Business School’s Executive<br />

Education program - South Asia Real Estate Seminar (REI) in Hyderabad in June<br />

2008.<br />

Dr. John Britto, 51 years of age, is a qualified medical graduate of St. John’s<br />

Medical College, Bangalore. He studied in OLPS School, Chembur – Bombay and<br />

Montfort School, Yercaud – Tamilnadu.<br />

In the late eighties, their <strong>com</strong>pany, Reliable Realtors Pvt. Ltd., <strong>com</strong>menced a<br />

warehousing business specializing in the storage of products like plywood, paper<br />

and glass at two locations in Bombay at Byculla, close to the port and Chembur –<br />

Deonar in the northeast suburbs. The warehouse buildings constructed by them at<br />

the latter location will soon be demolished to make way for their Mumbai hotel<br />

project.<br />

1. 600,000 Sq.ft residential <strong>com</strong>plex in Pune<br />

On the auspicious occasion of Akshay Tritiya<br />

2011, <strong>Acron</strong> Infra Projects of Mumbai was<br />

awarded the work of constructing a large<br />

residential <strong>com</strong>plex in Pune. <strong>Acron</strong> Infra Projects<br />

will construct four buildings <strong>com</strong>prising of<br />

twenty five-storey's each with a total area of<br />

600,000 sq ft.<br />

3. Colvale village; School playground<br />

<strong>Acron</strong> Infra is soon to be constructing approximately 13,000 Sq ft of built up<br />

[Ground + 1] in Colvale. Development also covers construction of the playground,<br />

spectator stands, adjacent roadworks and security tower station. Comissioned by<br />

Goa State <strong>Infrastructure</strong> Development Corporation Ltd. (GSIDC). Goa State<br />

<strong>Infrastructure</strong> Development Corporation Limited (GSIDC) is a wholly owned<br />

Government Company of the Government of Goa registered under the Companies<br />

Act, 1956, with the Registrar of Companies, Panaji-Goa. GSIDC has been floated by<br />

the Government of Goa as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) for speedy<br />
