Acron’s Promoters
Two brothers, Amar J. Britto and Dr. John Britto started the group 20 years ago,
with construction projects in north-east Bombay.
Amar J. Britto, 45 years of age, is a student of OLPS High School, in Chembur,
north-east Bombay & St. Xavier’s College, Bombay. He has qualified under the
Professional Development Program (PDP) at Cornell University School of Hotel
Admin at Ithaca, USA in June 2007 and at the Cornell-Nanyang Institute in
Singapore in August 2007. He is currently qualifying (May 2008) under the 3-year
Owner/President Management Program (OPM) at Harvard Business School,
Boston, USA. He recently participated in the Harvard Business School’s Executive
Education program - South Asia Real Estate Seminar (REI) in Hyderabad in June
2008.
Dr. John Britto, 51 years of age, is a qualified medical graduate of St. John’s
Medical College, Bangalore. He studied in OLPS School, Chembur – Bombay and
Montfort School, Yercaud – Tamilnadu.
In the late eighties, their company, Reliable Realtors Pvt. Ltd., commenced a
warehousing business specializing in the storage of products like plywood, paper
and glass at two locations in Bombay at Byculla, close to the port and Chembur –
Deonar in the northeast suburbs. The warehouse buildings constructed by them at
the latter location will soon be demolished to make way for their Mumbai hotel
project.

1. 600,000 Sq.ft residential complex in Pune
On the auspicious occasion of Akshay Tritiya
2011, Acron Infra Projects of Mumbai was
awarded the work of constructing a large
residential complex in Pune. Acron Infra Projects
will construct four buildings comprising of
twenty five-storey's each with a total area of
600,000 sq ft.
3. Colvale village; School playground
Acron Infra is soon to be constructing approximately 13,000 Sq ft of built up
[Ground + 1] in Colvale. Development also covers construction of the playground,
spectator stands, adjacent roadworks and security tower station. Comissioned by
Goa State Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd. (GSIDC). Goa State
Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (GSIDC) is a wholly owned
Government Company of the Government of Goa registered under the Companies
Act, 1956, with the Registrar of Companies, Panaji-Goa. GSIDC has been floated by
the Government of Goa as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) for speedy
implementation of all the Infrastructural Projects, envisaged by the Government
like Roads, Bridges, Fly-Overs, Bus-Stands, Hospitals, Tourism related Projects, etc.,
all over the State on the similar lines of similar Corporations in other

Expansion of the Manipal Goa hospital in Dona Paula, located over
