Richard Wolf, a leading manufacturer in the
field of application instruments and devices
for prostate laser therapy already presents
the 2nd generation of his successful laser
TUR-P set.
In the meantime there are many different
laser therapy processes for BPH. In particular
the laser enucleation or the laser vapo
resection with subsequent tissue morcellation
is gaining more and more popularity.
Already years ago Richard Wolf considered
this method to be promising and developed
a complete laser TUR-P set consisting of a
special laser resectoscope, a particularly
adjusted morce scope and a special tissue
morcellator.
Based on the longstanding experience in this
sector, Richard Wolf now presents his brand
new set with a still more efficient and much
easier to operate tissue morcellator. Hence,
this surgery method is substantially facilitated
and faster. Due to its rapidness and efficiency,
this system was named "Piranha".
The learning curve is clearly reduced and surgery
quality is improved.
The most important advantage which every
user will immediately recognize when using
it, consists in the fact that this system was
particularly developed and matched to this
application. Thus, the user does not have to
live with compromise solutions.
Of course all components of this set are compatible
to the standard Wolf products and can
be used with video systems of other manufacturers.
