Features
When sawing steel bar or tube in large volumes, the Tsune high production circular saw range will offer the most cost effective solution on
most applications.
The ability to quickly and easily set up all cutting parameters, including sawblade speed and feed rate, allows the machine to
perform to maximum effi ciency on a wide variety of materials including tube and solid bars. Minimal amounts of supervision are
required to obtain maximum production, 24 hours a day.
Depending on the material, the Tsune can produce a superior and in some cases machined type, surface fi nish. This is achieved
with the highly effi cient and powerful vice clamps that produce burr free cuts and the 3 point blade guides that allow very tight
tolerances to be achieved and often remove the needs for secondary operations.
The Tsune machine design enables close tolerance sawing on diffi cult to cut materials, at much faster production rates. The
material is fed to the cutting head by a gripper fed vice to assist very close tolerances and rapid cycle times.

Das schnelle und einfache Einrichten der Sägeparameter, aber auch der Schnittgeschwindigkeit und des Vorschubes des
Sägeblattes, gibt der Kreissägemaschine ein Maximum an Leistungsfähigkeit bei einer großen Anzahl von verschiedenen Materialien
und Querschnitten. Die Sägemaschine garantiert Ihnen maximale Produktion bei minimaler Bedienung 24 Stunden am Tag.
Mit der 3-Punkt- Führungseinheit des Kreissägeblattes werden engste Abschnitts-Toleranzen und ein nahezu gratfreier Abschnitt
beim Werkstück erzielt. Es entfallen weitere und kostenintensive Bearbeitungen. In der Kombination mit den leistungsstarken
Spann- und Führungseinheiten wird zusätzlich eine exzellente Oberfl äche erzielt.
Das Design und die Auslegung der Kreissägemaschine, ermöglicht enge Sägetoleranzen, auch bei schwierigem Material und
