FastMig X – High-end multi-process welding equipment for demanding industrial use Power source options FastMig X 450: • CC/CV power source • 450 A at 60 % duty cycle • 3-phase mains connection (400 V) FastMig X 350MV: • Multi-voltage CC/CV power source • 350 A at 80 % duty cycle • 3-phase mains connection (220-230 V or 380-440 V) NOTE: MMA welding is always included with FastMig X power sources. Wire feeder options FastMig MXP 38: • DuraTorque wire drive mechanism • Includes WiseThin+ for sheet welding and for position welding • Pulsed and double-pulsed MIG included FastMig MXP 37 Pipe: • Two versions: Steel and Stainless • Full-metal, two-motor GT04 wire drive mechanism • Includes WiseRoot+ for root welding • Includes WiseFusion for optimising the welding arc • Pulsed and double-pulsed MIG are factory-installed in the Stainless version and an option in Steel version. NOTE: All MXP wire feeders are equipped with the actual arc voltage measurement and display feature. They are also compatible with all Wise software products. FastMig X – High-end multi-process welding equipment for demanding industrial use Control panels Control panels for the wire feeders: • XF 38 for the workshop package with the MXP 38 wire feeder. • XF 37 control panel for the pipe welding package with the MXP 37 Pipe wire feeder. Power sources are equipped with a fixed X 37 control panel with 10 user profiles and 10 memory channels for each profile. You can also purchase the power source without a control panel and replace it with the Remote X 37 control panel. Control panels are included in the machine package. Compatibility with welding quality solutions • ArcQuality welding management system • ArcInfo welding monitoring system • Kemppi Universal WPS packages for MMA and MIG/MAG welding Cooling options You can order your FastMig X system either air cooled or equipped with the FastCool 10 liquid cooling unit. Optional extras • SuperSnake sub feeder for extra wide working range (WiseRoot+ or WiseThin+ cannot be used with SuperSnake). • PMT MN multi neck welding guns with a neck designed especially for root welding. • Remote X 37 control panel to replace the fixed control panel on power source • Remote controllers R10, R20, R30 • Gun remote controller RMT10 • Wise and Match products for optimising welding quality and productivity.
