There will be a chance for you to ask questions and you
may like to write them down before your appointment and
keep them handy.
Eligibility
You are eligible for this service if you:
● are aged 65 or over
● are experiencing falls
● live in the Royal Borough of Greenwich or
are registered with a Greenwich GP.
Not all people who fall need to be seen by a specialist falls
service, most health or social care services for older
adults also help people who have fallen.
Our aim is to:

prevent falls and support
you to engage in
activities which you
enjoy, to enhance your
independence, safety
and quality of life.
