Letters of Attestation
Letters of Attestation are assessment tasks. A letter of attestation is confirmation
that you consistently perform the tasks of the unit standard.
Ask your supervisor or assessor who, in the company, will attest to your
skill and knowledge.

Letters of Attestation must be completed for all of the following unit standards

How to use the Letter of Attestation sheets
Instructions
You must have one letter of attestation for each unit standard.
Complete your
observations

Take your completed letter of attestation to your

You will be assessed on your block course.
