Please answer the following questions as fully as possible. Use a separate sheet if necessary:
1. What is your vision for Inas and what do you hope to achieve in the role
For me the role of INAS is to organize, develop, coordinate and govern the practice of sports for
Para athlete with an intellectual disability. And to guaranty to any ID person the right to practice at
a high level the sport of their choice.
My goal in the position of technical officer is to make sure that INAS:
- Offers a strong annual sport program of high level sport event and develop the global games.
- Makes sure INAS event are organized with an high level standard
- Goes on working with the international Paralympic committee in order to include more event for
- Be recognized by the international sport federation as the expert for ID sport and build strong
relation with them
- Communicate more information on INAS event to each NPC and also to the international sport
2. How will you go about achieving these objectives
- First of all my goal will be to build un a strong team of sport directors and make sure they
have the means to work ; set-up regular meetings
- Build up a sport strategic plan in order to increase the number of Paralympic sports.
- Build up a strong sport program for the next 4 years.
- Then build un regional strategies to ensure that at least the Paralympic sports for ID have
3. How will you ensure Inas develops across all 5 regions
My goal is to build sport committee in the 5 regions.
In order to do this each sport director will have to build a list of contact for the sport they are in
charge of among the whole member nation.
I also will work with the president of each region in order to encourage and help them to build
sport committee in their region.
I will ask them to identify a technical sport director for the region and I will organize meeting with
them in order to develop a sport calendar in each region. My priority will be to make sure that
each region has events in the Paralympic sport.
I will also encourage new sport to build a strategic plan in order to archive during the next
paralympiad a high standard of organisation and practice
4. Who do you consider are the important strategic partner organisations for Inas and how will
you ensure a positive relationship exists with them
The Paralympic committee, all the international sport federation, and also Special Olympics
I really think INAS should establish an official agreement with those strategic partners in order to
set the role and the place of everyone.
This agreement will set the collaboration between all the partners in order to provide more
opportunity of practice for Para-athlete with ID. It will also set the standard of a worldwide
collaboration on the organisation of event.

have participated in the IPC IOSD council and the classification committee .
In my role of technical officer I have worked on the organisation of the global games and also a
sport strategic plan for the next 4 years in order to insure that INAS event gets more recognition
by IPC, the other sport federation, and all the NPC’s and the INAS members.
