SPORTS ages 5-12 years
Renaissance ClubSport will be offering a Winter Break sports
and activities camp for all levels, ages 5-12. Participants will
receive instruction in a variety of sports including basketball,
soccer, racquetball and more. Group fitness classes, karate
and projects will incorporate the learning and add to the fun.
We understand scheduling needs, so we offer full day, half
day, one day and whole week camp options. Lunch will be
available for an additional cost or you may provide your child
with their own. You may make your lunch choice in the morning
on camp day. Please provide any snacks your child may need.
Children should wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
GENERAL INFORMATION
REGISTRATION
Camp fees are due at the time of registration. Please include
payment with your registration form at the Kids World Front
Desk when you sign up. The child’s parent or guardian must
complete a waiver form on or before the first day of camp.
CANCELLATIONS
Notification of cancellations must be in writing 14 days prior to
the first day of camp to avoid enrollment charges. No refunds
will be given due to a missed day if you fail to cancel.
FAMILY DISCOUNT
Here at Renaissance ClubSport we offer a 10% discount on
each additional sibling registered for the same week of camp.

CHARGES AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
1. Camp fees are due at the time of registration. Pricing is determined by the
child’s membership status. A 10% sibling discount will be applied for siblings
registered for the same week of camp. The sibling discount cannot be
combined with any other offer or promotion.
2. Parents/guardians must complete a waiver form on or before the first day
of camp.
3. Notification to cancel must be in writing 14 days prior to the first day of camp
to avoid enrollment charges. No credits will be given due to missed days or
failure to cancel.
4. All registration forms are due one week prior to the camp’s start date to avoid
a late fee of $5.
