STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITY<br />

These summary financial statements <strong>of</strong> the Consolidated Revenue Fund are prepared in<br />

accordance with the requirements <strong>of</strong> the Financial Administration Act based upon information<br />

provided by the various <strong>Government</strong> departments. Where necessary, the information included in<br />

these summary financial statements is based upon best estimates <strong>and</strong> judgement, taking into<br />

account materiality <strong>of</strong> the amounts. The summary financial statements in this volume include a<br />

Statement <strong>of</strong> Financial Position, a Statement <strong>of</strong> Change in Net Debt, a Statement <strong>of</strong> Operations,<br />

a Statement <strong>of</strong> Change in Accumulated Deficit, a Statement <strong>of</strong> Cash Flows <strong>and</strong> notes. Other<br />

schedules <strong>and</strong> notes that are included also form an integral part <strong>of</strong> these statements. Together<br />

they present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position <strong>of</strong> the Province's Consolidated<br />

Revenue Fund as at 31 March 2005 <strong>and</strong> the results <strong>of</strong> operations for the year then ended.<br />
