Patient well hydrated<br />
10 ml/kg water 30-60 min pre- and during test<br />
ACEI<br />
Captopril 25-50 50 mg po (crushed), 1 hr pre-scan<br />
Enalaprilat 40 µg/kg iv (2.5 mg max), 15 min pre-scan<br />
Monitor BP q 15 min<br />
