support to youth (13-18) who want to<br />
connect to services,<br />
community and/or family.<br />

<strong>Reconnect</strong> Workers Will:<br />
• L<strong>is</strong>ten to your story. <strong>What</strong>ever it <strong>is</strong>, we<br />
will l<strong>is</strong>ten to you and help you figure<br />
out your options.<br />
• Tell you about services and<br />
programs available in the community.<br />
• Give you free condoms and talk about<br />
sexuality and safe sex.<br />
• Help you communicate better with<br />
social workers and probation officers.<br />
• Help you figure out your housing<br />
options<br />
• Get you help for drinking or drug use.<br />
• Help you with your health care and<br />
nutritional needs.<br />
