Promotion Criteria<br />
The <strong>Woolworths</strong> criteria of acceptance <strong>for</strong> point of sale are as follows:<br />

Offers should be of significant customer value so the average customer is motivated to make the purchase requires and views the offer as valuable.<br />
Offers need to be approved by the Business Manager and the <strong>POS</strong> team. Once approved the <strong>POS</strong> team will provide the approval number.<br />

<strong>POS</strong> can be on show <strong>for</strong> up to and no longer than four (4) weeks<br />

Business teams to decide on the offer<br />
Vendor to organise a designer to create the <strong>POS</strong> using the original templates as supplied on the <strong>Woolworths</strong> website in conjunction with these<br />
guidelines (all <strong>POS</strong> templates can be downloaded. Note: Vendor is also responsible <strong>for</strong> the printing and distribution of <strong>POS</strong> at their expense)<br />
Vendor submits the <strong>POS</strong> to the Business team <strong>for</strong> approval of the offer<br />
<strong>Woolworths</strong> BUSINESS TEAM submits print outs of <strong>Combo</strong> wobbler <strong>POS</strong> with dimensions to <strong>Woolworths</strong> <strong>POS</strong> Department (with the signed<br />
<strong>Woolworths</strong> Promo Checklist – Vendor <strong>POS</strong>)<br />
<strong>Woolworths</strong> Business teams will be advised of approval or feedback if required.<br />
Approval number must be clearly printed in black text in the bottom left hand corner<br />
Allow 3-5 working days <strong>for</strong> approval<br />
