System Overview<br />
Locking device<br />
The feed carriage can be locked at any tooth of the<br />
gear rack by a slight sideways movement of the detent<br />
plate<br />
Thighten device 60 mm<br />
Easy mountable on every Piccolo feed carriage. This<br />
device is developed for every drill motor with 60 mm<br />
clamping fixture.<br />
Quick release coupling<br />
The quick release coupling makes it easy for you to<br />
separate the drill motor from the rig. E.g. to fit it to a<br />
wall or to exchange the drill motor.<br />
Vacuum base<br />
Drill rig Piccolo can be used with Demco’s vacuum<br />
base. The vacuum base is equipped with a hand switch<br />
valve, vacuum ON / OFF.<br />

Options<br />
Gear reduction POCO<br />
Can be used with drill rigs NINO, <strong>PICCOLO</strong>, MEZZO<br />
and SUMO. (Reduction = 2:1) The contact pressure<br />
of the drill bit can be reached with a small amount<br />
of pressure. The gear reduction can be attached<br />
on the left and on the right. It is a smart strength<br />
saving accessory.<br />
Automatic feeding system Subito<br />
Ideal for single or row drilling.<br />
Higher efficiency by the simultaneous use of two<br />
or more units.<br />
Higher lifspan of the diamond core bit<br />
(up to 30 %) due to constant feed pressure.<br />
Optimal load of the drill engine due to the use of<br />
constant feed pressure.<br />
Beneficial for multi bores within short distance,<br />
with two or more machines, or when extra work is<br />
done, e.g. water draining.<br />

Accessories<br />
Adapter for quick span supports<br />
With the new adapter for quick span supports, the<br />
<strong>PICCOLO</strong> can be mounted without anchors.<br />
Helpfull for all jobsites where anchors are not possible<br />
or prohibited.<br />
Choose from 3 or 4 point device<br />
Please select the optimal solution for your needs.<br />
The <strong>PICCOLO</strong> drill stand is available with a standard<br />
3 point device or as an option with a 4<br />
point device.<br />
Water Collector<br />
The usefull water collectors are an affordable solution<br />
for drilling without water diffusion.<br />
Available in 130, 180 und 250mm.<br />
The water collector comes with the <strong>PICCOLO</strong> collector<br />
holder for a reliable drilling job.<br />

Accessories<br />
Coupling device<br />
The coupling device is neccessary for the prooved<br />
Demco Technic quick span system. It will be mounted<br />
on the drill rig. Together with various adapters<br />
you can change drill motors quick and safe.<br />
Adapter<br />
The adapter is mounted to the drill motor.<br />
Standard dimensions in stock, special brands etc. on<br />
request.<br />
Connection piece 40mm<br />
with the connection piece you can expand the drill<br />
diameter.<br />
Please ask for the whole Demco Technic quick span<br />
sytem for all drill stands and all drill motors.<br />
Tighten device 60 mm<br />
The tighten device is mounted on the feed carriage<br />
from <strong>PICCOLO</strong> and allows you to fix all drill motors<br />
with 60mm tighten device.<br />
Slot sheet 100mm<br />
For fast and reliable installation of the <strong>PICCOLO</strong><br />
drill rig, use the slot sheet 100mm.<br />
Easy handling guarantees an efficient work.<br />
End stopper<br />

The <strong>PICCOLO</strong> vacuum base allows mounting the<br />
drill stand without drilling.<br />
Just connect your vacuum pump, suck in and fix the<br />
<strong>PICCOLO</strong> with the mounting screw.<br />

Drill maximimum 250mm with vaccum base!<br />
Sewer pipes drilling kit <strong>PICCOLO</strong><br />
For the optimum drilling of sewer pipes, there is the drilling kit „sewer pipes for <strong>PICCOLO</strong>“.<br />
This adapts the pipe radius automatically and can be adapted with four screws.<br />
Simply connect your vacuum pump, suck in and fix the <strong>PICCOLO</strong> drill stand with the mounting<br />
screw.<br />
