PMl.4 RANGE
The PMI.4 range of salt spreaders are designed for use with compact
tractors and are three point linkage mounted.
These spreaders can be driven
from the hydraulics of the tractor
(PMH1.4), a PTO (PM1.4) or
from a wheel to wheel contact
with the tractor wheel (PMW1.4).
As there are no wheels in contact
with the road this reduces the
possibility of damage when
mounting curbs etc.
ITM RANGE
As well as being towed or three point linkage
mounted, the ITM45 & 60 can be fitted with
the option of mounting on the forks of a fork
lift. This means as well as treating the ground
before the driving wheels of the vehicle
inaccessible areas e.g. corners that can't easily
be reached with towed units, can be treated.
ITM60
INNER CITY DE-ICING SPRAYER RANGE
Spraying brine has the advantage over dry salt that it is cleaner and also
faster acting. The Inner City range are 3 point linkage mounted and PTO
or hydraulically driven. The 'in cab' control box can easily adjust spray
widths and rates. Extra widths are achieved using side nozzles and the
boom does not protrude beyond the width of normal compact tractors.
We can also provide salinators to produce the brine. The 300 I units are
ideal for use on compact tractors to give a very manoeuvrable system
ideal for negotiating street furniture on footpath and precinct areas. The
400 & 600 litre units would probably require larger size tractors.
Larger truck mounted units are also available for treating other areas.

salt spreaders which can help keep your paths, car parks and small roadways free of snow and ice. This helps
prevent 'slip & trip' accidents and therefore injury to and potential litigation by users or your site.
These units are designed as salt spreaders (as opposed to modified fertiliser spreaders offered by some other
companies) and are also capable of spreading almost any granular material. (The unique Epoke metering
system forces salt out through an adjustable spring loaded rubber base to give a uniform spread. The agitator
shaft and cam roller break up lumps and keep the material free flowing to enable it to give a consistent spread
even with wet, lumpy salt).
The salt is dropped from across the width of the spreader so salt is spread directly where required and is not
thrown against the side of cars or over landscaped areas etc. (as in the case of spinner spreaders) thus reducing
potential damage to property and the environment.
These units are robustly constructed, given a rigorous anti corrosion paint treatment and are simple to
maintain so it is not uncommon for us to provide spares for units that are over 15 years old.
We also offer a wide range of larger towed and truck mounted spreaders.
