Materials to be measured:
All sound-conductive materials,
such as steel, iron, non-ferrous metals,
plastics, glass, ceramics, etc.
Measurement procedure:
A few drops of fluid (for example oil, grease,
water, glycerine, ECHOTRACE) are applied
to the location on the workpiece where the
measurement is to be made. Attach the probe.
Read thickness or sound velocity.

Control / Display Illumination

rough surfaces and coarse-grained materials
generally pose problems for ultrasonic
thickness gauges. The ECHOMETER
offers a special feature for these cases.
The low frequency probe is optimally
matched, too. Thus, even difficult
measurements can be performed.

ECHOSTAT - Windows will be delivered
on a 3.5 "- disc, to be used with any PC
With ECHOSTAT, you may pick up measured
values, store, indicate and print; series of measurements
can be evaluated and the results can be printed out on
a PC printer as a test report.
ECHOSTAT supports Windows ® DDE linkages.
By this, the read-in values into ECHOSTAT, may
directly be further processed by other programs
which also support DDE (e.g. Microsoft Word ® or Excel ® ).
