Raylan extracts his wallet, removes a 20 dollar bill and his<br />
CARD, lays them down on the bar.<br />
RAYLAN<br />
When those men <strong>co</strong>me in again, or if<br />
my hat turns up, I’d appreciate you<br />
giving me a call.<br />
The Bartender eyes the 20, takes the CARD, which we now see<br />
is Raylan’s U.S. Marshal card.<br />
BARTENDER<br />
Mister, I don’t wanna be rude, but<br />
wouldn’t it just be easier to buy<br />
yourself another hat<br />
RAYLAN<br />
Probably, but easier isn’t what I’m<br />
after. I appreciate it.<br />
And Raylan’s out. Off the Bartender, watching him go...<br />
15 EXT. DIVE BAR - DAY - MOMENTS LATER<br />

Raylan exits the bar. Walking towards his car, he looks to<br />
where Billy Mac was parked. But much to his surprise,<br />
Billy’s CAR IS GONE. Raylan stops, looks around: nothing.<br />
Raylan’s wondering what would make Billy leave like that,<br />
when his PHONE RINGS. He answers it:<br />
RAYLAN<br />
That was quick, Tim --<br />
(then)<br />
Sorry Pinter, was expecting another<br />
call. No, no, thanks for getting<br />
back to me, whatta you have<br />
Off Raylan, heading towards the Towncar.<br />
16 INT. GARY AND WINONA’S HOUSE - KITCHEN - NIGHT<br />

Gary enters the kitchen, in a good mood after his chat with<br />
Duffy. Sitting at the table with a bottle of white wine, is<br />
Winona. Gary pulls FLOWERS from behind his back.<br />
WINONA<br />
Never is there a surer sign that a<br />
man has screwed up than when he<br />
arrives bearing flowers.<br />
GARY<br />
